SOME THOUGHTS ON HEALTH

Health. We are nothing without it, and, it is one area of life which we tend to take for granted, until something happens to change our attitude about it...

We go through phases where we get totally wrapped up in health, we exercise, try to eat right, and, other such, but, then, we slack off. And, we never consider the facts. What facts? The facts that processed foods, sugars, and, fats are responsible for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and, many other debilitating diseases. We never stop to consider the dire important of water, protein, and, oxygen to our cells, which are the very source of our health or decline...

Not only are we responsible for our health issues, so is the air we breathe, the land where our produce is grown, and, the livestock producers. We are being induced with artificial estrogen into our bodies, which causes many problems, which amongst them are weight gain, fatigue, and, listlessness...

So, you see that we have many battles which are on-going in the battle to maintain health. While we have alternatives, many of these are too complicated, or too expensive for most of us to consider. Still, given the fact that being in poor health will cost us even more, we should consider these alternatives as useful...

In coming posts, I will be sharing what I know about natural remedies for beating the odds of bad health and diseases. Also, there will be information about healthy teas and other such which will aid in our every day battle with health...

Changing certain habits might seem difficult or useless, but, if it can add 15 years to your life, isn't it worth considering?
