OCCASIONAL SERIES ON THE HEALTHIEST OF TEAS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

Here are some teas which promote health...

Did you know that when herbs and teas float unrestricted that they release more nutrients? I know that years ago, I used only loose tea but forgot about the reasons for it...

Yerba Mate': This tea is chock full of healthy components.
It is an excellent appetite suppressant if taken 15 - 20 minutes before a meal. It is renowned for its vitamin and mineral content, will revitalize the body and the mind, as well as improve concentration and endurance. It relieves allergies, acts as a gentle diuretic, and colon cleanser. It nutritionally accelerates the healing process and protects against stress....

Hmmmmmm, I never thought about this tea being that powerful, will have to check it out by trying it. Lord knows I love my tea...

Pau d' Arco (Purple Lapacho): This tea also is full of healthy benefits..
The inner bark of the Purple Lapacho tree is hand harvested by skilled harvesters. The bark contains naphthoquinones, anthraquinones, and, phyto-
pharmceuticals which are excellent as, anit-inflammatory,
anti-viral, antioxidants, anti-bacterial, anti-fungus,
anti-yeast, and parasiticidal...
Wow! Though I am leery of trying to many bark teas and such this one sounds like a winner. Who knew that teas were so diverse?

I will be bringing more and more amazing teas and recipes for teas which promote and maintain overall health. Perhaps I will stumble across a miracle tea which I could surely use these days... Ha!

Have a fantabulous weekend everyone! I am yet healing, but, come Monday, I should be back to normal, I hope...
