Some logical ways to remain healthy are:
Eat well, that is 5 servings of fruit, 5 servings of vegetables, lean protein, seeds and nuts, legumes, brown rice, and fish, as well as dark, bitter chocolate, red wine, and, lots, I mean lots of water...
Get plenty of rest; no less than 7 hours a night, this is when the body repairs damaged cells and rejuvenates the immune system...
Take time to relax and de-stress yourself, each day. Each evening, find a way to unwind and forget all negative of the day...
Laugh. Laugh long and hard. Find some way to bring laughter to your life each and every day...
Love. Love someone, a pet, or everyone. Also, love yourself, and, like yourself.. Love releases many chemicals which aid in keep us healthy...
Be active. Exercise, or just walk each day. Do not live a life on the sofa after work. Use your body and your brain, as they are what will keep life going...
Sing. Put on your favorite music and sing along. Singing releases serotonin, serotin, and other chemicals which help to calm and rejuvenate the internal workings...
Sip tea. Preferably white or green tea, but, many dark teas, such as oolong are also healthy. Tea is full of nutrients and antioxidants...
Play. Be playful for a short time every day. It does not have to be a physical playfulness, just be playful...
Live with integrity and honor. This will give you balance of spirit...
Learn to live within your means and to appreciate what you have. Living above what you earn will cause distress and ultimately illness. Being grateful helps you to relax and live for the moment...
