TAI CHI & ME

I am thinking of trying Tai Chi. I have read that many centurions(?) have used this method of exercise. It is useful for many of our functions, including breathing, strength, balance and grace.

Translated into English it would be a 'moving life force'. It is a series of slow, precise movements which use the natural energy in you to channel the energy around you. Tai Chi requires greater concentration of movement than Yoga, and, eliminates the impact of cardio-respiratory or aerobic workouts. It is an ancient form of exercise, and, from what I have seen it works. I can't wait to check it out more...

I am a naturalist at heart, and, this seems to put use of natural energy within and without. I have seen the art in action before, it is quite graceful to watch, and, if it can be used to add years to my life, hey, I am all for it...

I will be sharing some tips of Tai Chi as I learn them. Wish me luck...
